The gas cap won't pop open.. makes a noise.. i am almost out of gas

Late1999 golf trans slips when cold, it feal like it goes to neutral, give it gas and it bangs into gear ?

Check the fluid level. That sounds like a transmission fluid issue. If it is low, check for leaks. Only check the fluid when the car is running and at operating temperature. That will give you an accurate reading.

I need to remove my timing belt on my e z go golf cart

You have to pull the clutch, remove the cover, losen the idler pulley, move the pulley to give slack in the belt, install new belt. You align by using the key-way grooves in the cam and crank shaft. Both should point straight up.. once on, lossen the bolt on the idler pulley and let it go tight, and then tighten the nut.
