Question about HP 2133-1 Mini-Note PC
Well it's a problem with ur O/S and i thought that is a problem which make ur O/S overloaded or having a malfunction like having a virus or something like that either u have to do the following
1) when u power ur laptop press and hold button "F8" till u face a menu
2) choose with ur arrow key (up and down key) , choose "safe mode"
3) when u log in ur O/S in safe mode try to uninstall any not waanted software or program or game which make ur laptop overloaded
4) also try to clean ur laptop from any virus by using a good antivirus like "NOD 32 business edition" or "bit deffinder"
or u nedd to format ur laptop and install a new windows which is the best choice
