SOURCE: JD Z Trak 777 overheating

Drain the coolant, flush the system, replace the thermostat, and pour in a fresh supply of a 50/50 mix of antifreeze and distilled water. If it still overheats the water pump is suspect.

It will not go forward it is only 1 year old and yes it starts my husband past away and I don't know what I am doing wrong

After the engine starts you must put the mower into gear so that it moves. Look for the gear shift lever or whatever.

I have a 757 Z-TRAK. It just won't throttle up

A small air bleed tube is located under the carb. It makes a 90 degree turn and if it is folded from fatigue or heat the mower will have little or no power. Simply remove it from its bracket and it will relieve the tension enough to allow air to bleed.

Been standing idle for about 12 months , starts & runs for a while then cuts out , it seems as if the revs are not high enough ? its a qualcast , quad trak 45 , lawn mower about 15 years old , thanks

did you drain the fuel and replace or just top it up?

when equipment sits the fuel sometimes evaporates leaving **** in the carb this may need to be cleaned out as may have a blockage not letting enough fuel thru...
