There are few points to consider; (1) Make sure the video cables are firmly inserted if has 2 screwable ends. (2) Make sure the System Unit (Computer Unit) is in order. (2b) Make sure the Memory(RAM) in the system is firmly inserted, that is when the system unit has been moved from its original position, posibilty of shock is not ruled out. (3) Make sure none of the pins in the video cable(usually 15pins) is bent.
