Dont have much info tho
what i haveis a
scorpio (APP.114 Foc 500)
it also said on box F500114 which is the same diff
on it said vue eye
was brought at an electronic store called WOW
looks like a celestron
Put the lowest power eyepiece into the telescope, the one with the BIGGEST number written on it--- practice focusing during the daytime.

the eye piece that came with your scope is too powerful... look on ebay or a site that sells telescopes. also look at the size of your eye piece holder... my ds-114 came with a 0.96 holder, these are an odd size.. the other size is 1.25 and the eye pieces are much easier to find. try looking at the moon when it is cresent shaped and start from there. if you have the autostar, you have to go through a set up sequence to start. then the scope will track the objects that you select on the goto function. don't give up!

You will not find a manual for that specific telescope. However Meade maintains their manuals at this web site.
Look under REFLECTOR for one that is similar to your telescope. They all go together in a similar fashion.

You did tighten the clutches?
If you did the DEC gears are either loose and not meshing or have broken.
Dr. Clay in Arkansas can repair this scope but it would cost several hundred dollars-- Celestron will probably sell you the parts to fix it. Here is their web site. You can also return the mount to them for repair.
