Kicks out immediately? Kicks you off the tractor? The wheels kick out sideways? The transmission kicks out of gear?

You changed your original explanation. Now we're getting somewhere. The ignition coils on those were powered two ways. One way while cranking, the other way while running. There was a resistance wire that fed the coil while running, which was "shorted across" (bypassed) while cranking. There are two terminals on the ignition coil. One is connected through the resistance wire, with the key or switch in the run position. the other goes to the ignition points (contacts to ground, controlled by the distributor cam). Put a meter or test light from ground to one side, then the other side of the coil (not counting the large high voltage terminal). Is there any voltage on either terminal, as measured to ground, with the key (or switch) in the run position? If not, you have found your problem!

How do I replace a generator with an alternator?

here is a short video, where the guy replaced a 6v generator with a 12v alternator, if you click on more under video there are instructions listed.
if you are going from 12v to 12v it will be easier.
if you are going from 6v to 12v there are other modifications that need to be done, so as not to fry to light bulbs, ect...

also keep in mind that some of your older cars have a positive ground ( I've run into this on some of the fords), if this is the case , the vehicle will have to be converted to negative ground.

Will not stay running after it runs for about 30 to 45 minutes i changed rotor, points, condencer, and a new coil nothing helped.

Is it a no spark problem? or fuel problem?

If it is a no spark problem....check for voltage to the coil when it stops.
You do/should have a resistor before the coil which could be bad ( no voltage when hot) or missing (removed) overheating the coil.

If no fuel.....check for flow to/at carb when it stops.
