Take the battery out for 10-15 minutes (disconnected, of course), then put it back in, and try it again ... that is, IF the battery is still good, and not installed incorrectly or backwards!

It maybe a flex problem or keyboard problem. The reason why I said it maybe a flex problem is because flip phones are fond of having flex problems because of the constant open and close of the flip. It makes the flex wear/worn out.
And it maybe a mere disconnection.
Which ever the case maybe, the phone needs to be disassembled in order to check/know what's wrong.
Regards.

Touch screen not responding

Yeah, I recently bought a nokia n97, and already it is freezing. I lock the keypad, and then unlock to try and write a text, nothing. so i lock again and unlock nothing... I do this three or so times before it works:(. My phone was locked when somebody tried to call me, and as the screen was frozen, I could not answer....
HELP ME PLEASE.... I only got the phone about 2 months ago... This happens around 5 times a day.... There is a chip in the screen, could this be the problem? thanks

Keypad is locked on a blackberry storm i bought on craiglist

the only thing you can do is enter in the password incorrectly 10 times. This will reset the device and all of the data on it is wiped off. Your only option is to connect it to your computer and start over.

G600 keypad not working

Take your phone to your local market & ask any market phone repair vendor to fit a new keepad membrane, if this doesn't work it's trobably irriparable damage either caused by water or the fumes of some kind of solvent for example super glue.

Keypad freeze

Did the key pad froze before you took the battery off? If so, it mean the keypad is damaged. If you have insurance, you may call customer service and have it replaced for a new one.

If it frozed after you shoot it off, you might call customer service from another phone and they might help you to unlock your phone.
