Take the battery out for 10-15 minutes (disconnected, of course), then put it back in, and try it again ... that is, IF the battery is still good, and not installed incorrectly or backwards!

if you can open your phone... ckeck its keypads inside probably its lost its connections inside...
if not just visit your trusted service center...

had the same problem... remove the battery for an extended period of time and try again. unfortunately for me the phones screen now refuses to turn on, the keyboard woks now but the screen is completely black- best of luck with yours

It maybe a flex problem or keyboard problem. The reason why I said it maybe a flex problem is because flip phones are fond of having flex problems because of the constant open and close of the flip. It makes the flex wear/worn out.
And it maybe a mere disconnection.
Which ever the case maybe, the phone needs to be disassembled in order to check/know what's wrong.
