1. Remove the updates for your Google Play
- Go to the menu->settings->apps->all->google play store-> uninstall updates, then reboot your device.
2. Remove the cache for your Google Play
- Go to the menu->settings->apps->all->google play store-> remove cache, then try to run your google play again. It is better to do a reboot.
3. Try to delete and re-install Google Play
- In some cases, delete and re-install resolve this issue.
4. Try to delete your google account and add your google account again
- Go to the menu -> settings -> account remove your current google account then add it again here.

Reboot yor machine while holding the F8 key right as it boots back up. A menu will apear. Choose -->"start windows in safe mode with networking".

If is still won't run normally, go back into Safemode buy pressing F8 on reboot, then run a registry fixing program such as uniblue registrybooster, then reboot again. If it still won't run right, you may want to format the hard drive and reinstall Windows and see if that works. If reinstalling windows doesn't fix it, it is definitely a hardware problem.

I keep haven't problems too, I think microsoft has updated the security on Msn and you can't run 8.1 or 8.5 versions any more. Vtech has to come out with a fix for this. Send them an email and bug them for it. Otherwise we all have a good door stop. I am starting a Yahoo group for this phone. Hopefully we can all meet there to discuss issues and fixes with this phone.

if it is then its because the website group hosting that game has stopped because not enough people play to keep the dns system up

Go to MSConfig
2.) Go to Services Tab
3.) Hit "Hide all Microsoft services"
4.) Go to Startup Tab
5.) Hit Disable All.
6.) Try your disk
It worked? Good. Continue on.
7.) Go to www.sysinfo.org
8.) Under Startup, search all the things you have in startup, and only enable the ones that they suggest.
9.) After you have re-enabled all of these 'good' ones, try your disk
again. Did it work?
10.) Play your disk.

Go to internet explorer and goto tools\advanced\microsoft vm to see what is enabled

Jit compiler is enabled or checked on this pc try that. If that doesn't work go ahead and restore advanced settings download all your updates from microsoft restart then download the flash player then reboot again and try to run the utube video.
