I have this unit and it won't get cold. it makes a click and compressor gets hot after some time. does this mean i need a new compressor and if so, any ideas where to find one in southern calif?

- the model # is mcwc52b. do you know of any websites that sell the replacement parts of these coolers?

I would try replaceing the overload/relay first . The piece that plugs onto the compressor . Without model number , cant give you the part number .

- Sears says " no serviceable parts are available for this product " But , an overload/relay (which I only know of a few ) should correct your problem . All compressors have 3 terminals , just match up the one you have at a parts place .
