1) You can copy the link and paste into another browser to open link
2) Check your default browser for any issues, like it gets crashes or just stopped. If that is the case then you will have to check do you have installed more extensions or plugin which makes your browser to take time while loading.
3) Also check if is your browser being blocked by the firewall or any Antivirus application
4) If still the issue than repair your browser by reinstalling it.

There can be some other issues also, if you can share the snapshot or any error code than it will be more clear to resolve your issue

Thanks

I opened my home page of yahoo and clicke dmy mail

How many browsers do you have ? - I have 3 (IE - firefox and Chrome)
Ist step of any troubleshooting is to launch a spare browser.
Download a new one trial
Make it default here ( Vista HP )
Start > Default program > Set your default program > find your new browser - click on it > OK
Launch new browser - to set sign in cookie- hit this link
https://login.yahoo.com/config/login_verify/
sign in - drop "@ yahoo.com" if you have yahoo email address.

My yahoo mail can be signed in, but when i click on mail, its can't reach my inbox to open mail. Pls advice. Thanks.

Try opening Yahoo mail in different web browsers. If other browsers work normally then the restore the browser causing issue to the default settings.

Furthermore, when any new mail is clicked in the inbox, then it displays the contents in the bottom half of the page by default.

Try opening your Yahoomail account in different web browsers to check if the issue is with the website or the browser.

If the Yahoomail account is opening normally with all the buttons, links and icons visible then the issue is with the web browser.

In this case, try resetting the web browser to the default settings.

Cannot open links in outlook express does not open IE if i click on any links in emails

First go to "programs and features" uninstall Google Chrome.

Go to "Set Default Programs" (Control Panel>Default Programs>Set Default Programs)

Select Internet Explorer and click Set this program as default

Select Microsoft Office Outlook and click Set this program as default

Run Registry Editor (regedit.exe) and browse to location: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Ext and change the value data of all DWORD entries from 1 to 0.

Launch Internet Explorer first; launch your Mail client (hopefully Microsoft Officer Outlook).

Check if all is well and you are now able to open links from within your Mail client.

When I get a e-mail from a company that has a link to go to I get window that tells me that it can not find. How do I fix this problem.

you may not have your web browser associated with web sites. Sure you can open it directly but opening a link isn't opening the browser program. Go into your system properties and tell it to make your preferred web browser default. Depending on program, you may be able to find the same option in the program's options menu.

Replying to a link given in Craigslist

The tiny program that allows you to select Yahoo! Mail as the default email application for your PC is included as part of Yahoo! Toolbar version 7.2 and up for Internet Explorer (not Firefox).
If you don't have Yahoo! Toolbar v.7.2 or later for Internet Explorer installed, you’ll need to download it before proceeding with these instructions.
We’re sorry there’s not an official version for the Mac—yet.
Here’s how to set your PC to open Yahoo! Mail when you click an email link on a web page.
  1. From the “Start” pop-up menu in the lower left corner of your desktop, select “Settings” > “Control Panel”.
  2. In the Control Panel, select “Internet Options”. This opens the “Internet Properties” window.
  3. Click the “Programs” tab along the top.
  4. Click the “E-mail” pull-down menu, and select Yahoo! Mail.
  5. Click OK. Done!
Note: Yahoo! Toolbar v.7.2 and above for Internet Explorer (not Firefox) is the download that adds Yahoo! Mail to your PC's list of email programs to choose from. But after you've chosen Yahoo! Mail as your PC's default email application, Yahoo! Mail will open when you click an email link in any browser.
