I reset my phone and cant get past google because I forgot login info.

Well you can contact google or go through their reset password process. This will ensure you do nothing wrong and don't have to risk your account information being stolen by a hacker you pay, which is ******* by the way.

Its hard reset and I cant get in it how can I get in without a google account

When you factory reset a device that has a PIN code or a SWIPE code of some sort, the Google security lock will trigger after a factory reset. This is because the phone is assuming you factory reset it because you could not get into the phone (ie. it is not your phone / it is stolen).

At this point, you need to log into the phone with the Google account it was set up with. There are a couple of scenarios you may fall into at this point.

  1. If you know the e-mail, but you do not know the password, you have to reset the password (via the computer, etc). WARNING: If you reset the password, you cannot log into the phone for 72 hours (again this is a layer of security for stolen devices).
  2. If you have absolutely no idea what the e-mail is, Google is assuming you stole it. At this point you either need to contact the manufacturer / the carrier to see if they can exchange it (assuming it is your device).

How do I uninstall Google play on a phone someone else put it on.

Hey Zane Leas,

If you have already suspended the service, and the funds in your service account is what was paying for the apps, you will not be charged for new apps seeing there is no service paying for them.

Also, if the phone is no longer using your Google account, the new apps will not save to your account. Now if the phone is still using your Gmail Address, reset your password, and deauthorize the device with the Google My Devices link.

Or, call your cell phone provider back, and have them perform a master reset on the device. They can also Blacklist the IMEI/MEID number, preventing the phone from being activated with another carrier, where they may be able to use your Google Account to purchase new app.

Hope this helps. :-)

,can I mater reset my from another Android phone

Remote master reset only works if you have previously set it up on your phone. From the market install Android device manager open it and then follow the instructions to set it up. If it wasn't set up before it was stolen then there is no way to remote wipe your phone.

you should be able to get your phone number back from your service operator, if stolen. then you can follow the password retrieval wizzard, via cell phone. usually, cell phone operators should be able to give you a new sim card within minutes, you just need to get to a shop to do that.
