You need to refund.
Press RF then each item that was sold. E.g RF DRINK, RF FOOD then press CA AMT TEND. This will return those items back into stock and remove the cash amount from the final total.

Yes you can as long as you have the receipt, the company phone number and I the company is not a scam. Contact the company that sold you the item and explain the situation that you have not received the item. They should send you a new one or refund your money.

You have to contact the company or person that sold you the item. You should a copy of the receipt for the merchandise.
Make sure the website, invoice, packing slip or receipt does not say returns re not accepted. Or there may be specific instructions on how to return or exchange an item.

Perhaps you try to get the money back, from the firm you payed this money?

nothing gets done about it only the buyer is protected not the seller.I refunded on something that was damaged in the post and she still left negative feed back and ebay says they cant to any thing about it.

In Paypal there should be a spot with your transactions. All you need to do is click the transaction details and then about halfway down it should say issue a refund and just go through that and it should get it sent back where its supposed to.
