start>Run>conf>landing to net meeting window,but later we are unable to use the cam

-   I lost my software for my Webcam. It's a Mercury Webcam I bought at Best Buy 2 or three years ago when it was on sale for $20. When I plug it into my USB it asks for the software and won't find it on the internet...can you help me, thanks!-   Guest
