if u mean vcr. dvd burner combo, yes u can, , u can also tranfer from any video source such as a cable box, camcorder anyting that has a video out to your video in on your burner will work

- yup as long as its a recoradble cd, also make sure that u buy exactly what it says it uses, they have dvr+r and -r. most r -r but the newer ones do both, it should say it on the front of the player. i have one myself...Nov 21, 2007
