Replace the main control board on the back of the refrig . PT# WR55X10656 . It's behind a panel about 10" x 6" .

If it is new take it back to dealer. If not diagnose with tech and get parts to repair if not too difficult from this website

check breaker one contact might be burned up if the breaker is fine replace the receptacle with a 20amp grounded receptaclebv

Do you have power at the outlet? If you do, your breaker trip as soon as you plug the unit in? If you have power to the unit and your breaker is not tripping, inspect the wires from the power cord to make sure rodents have not chewed the wires. If everything else looks good then you have a bad cntrl board PART NUMBER: 2252116
