How to choose the best lightweight stroller for your baby?

Also sometimes called umbrella strollers, measure 12 pounds or less and fold up minimally. These lightweight strollers might not have much cushioning and now and then aren't extremely customizable, yet they are typically less costly than models with more elements. They're better for toddlers and more established infants.

What are the points to consider before buying a baby stroller?

With some experience, we would suggest

- weight (in and out of the car for Mum)
- foldability (ease, and going in the car neatly)
- stability (the 3-wheel designs are suspect)
- sensitivity to loads (will a bag hanging on the push bar topple it backwards?)
- steering (will it go where you point it?)
- storage (can you put stuff underneath?)
- price (some brands are comically expensive)
.

On The brake system of my city select pram the wire has snapped off, how do i fix this? Who fixes prams???

The park brake cable looks very similar to a bicycles brake system.
Buy a spare bicycle inner cable of suitable length and then cut to size.
Or else take your pram to a cycle shop and a smile will probably get this fixed...

Urban mountain buggy double stroller

Hi,

THe Mountain Buggy is very simple to fold. Level with the footrest, there is a black plastic button (either side), these simply push toward the back of the pram and hey presto! The pram will collapse. To make this as small as possible, keep the front two heels on swivel so that they tuck neatly underneath and the handle bar adjusted to the lowest position.

See this link to help a little more.

I hope this helps.

Pliko p3 How do I set it so that baby is facing me

If you recline the seat fully and fold the footrest up, then take off the canopy and put in on backwards, you can lay your baby down (almost) flat and it will be as if you were pushing a pram-style carriage. The stroller frame itself does not change (as with the Pliko Switch); you just reverse the canopy and lay the baby down so that his/her head is where the feet would normally go and his/her feet are where the head would normally go. This set-up looks especially cool, in my opinion, and you can look at your baby while strolling.

If I haven't done an adequate job explaining, there is a website that has pics of the stroller with the reversed canopy. I can't remember the exact name of the site, but if you google "strollers and prams + Pliko" you should be able to find it. Good luck!

Replacement footrest

What brand is it? Look up that company online or contact them by phone. Most companies should have replacement parts available if the stroller isn't too old. Good luck!
