All heating capacities are on the furnace label. Inlet BTU's and Outlet BTU's. Outlet BTU is what is heating your home.

Model numbers for Bryant AC difference between a model pa4zna048 & a rspma48

The difference is the sticker on the outside of the unit and the slightly higher price for parts on the Bryant. Go with the Rheem but don't be mad at me when it breaks down, the Bryant will too. Honestly it's luck!!!

What seer and tonnage is a Bryant condenser unit model # 561CJ048 and serial # 4598E06708?

According to the specifications here: http://dms.hvacpartners.com/docs/1009/public/01/pds561c.18.10.pdf , all Bryant 561C air conditioners are 10 SEER. The 048 model has a 4 ton nominal cooling capacity.

I hope this helps.

Model 393 Bryant furnace fan or motor makes noise when first starting. Then it's quiet.

That part is probably going bad. The motor uses it to get moving and when it fails then the motor wont start, makes buzzing or humming noise due to phase loss.

Bryant 330JAV won't restart after power outage. Very tight space. Need to know what to do before we try to get in. Happened before. Believe tech flipped a switch. Any suggestions appreciated.

Sometimes killing the power to the furnace by flipping the breaker off for 30 minutes and then back on will let them reset and start. don-ohio

New Bryant. Why isn't it heating home well?

The furnace capacity could be inadequate
Your home could have a serious cold air infiltration problem
Your home could have inadequate insulation
If the new furnace was installed and the old thermostat was not replaced, it may be the source of the slow heating
If the new furnace was connected to existing ducts, they may be inadequate. This could account for the loud fan
