This is happening to you because either you or one of your family members have tried to sign up for a bebo but they put the wrong age.If you are not 13+, you will get blocked from bebo.I had this problem yesterday,so now I'm going everywhere telling everyone to not make this mistake.It can also happen because you type the wrong security code.But I have this problem where I accidently clicked 1998 as my birthdate year. Now I'm blocked. It's saying "Sorry,you cannot use this website".I'm sorry but I have no way of getting out of this. I suggest you call the members of bebo from 'contact us'.
