Problem i paids the item ,but i,m not received yet


Does using the tracking number show you where the package is? If not, contact the seller from whom you purchased the item. FixYa has no access to another company's order/ship information.

Report fradulent seller to ebay-did not get my product


if you paid the item and never received it, you need to file an Item not receive case on eBay. You need to log in to your account then hover your mouse to customer support on the upper right and click resolution center in the drop down. then click i haven't received it yet under I bought an item. although you only have 45 days starting the day you purchase the item to file a case. you can do it as well on PayPal's end if you used PayPal in paying for it. You can contact eBay and report the seller, it's also your discretion to leave negative feedback and low ratings as well.

If you purchased items and have not received the items in full, you will need to contact the Seller of the items. If you used PayPal to pay for the items, you can log in to paypal and on the main account summary screen find the transaction in question and go into the details screen to get contact details.

Contact the seller and be polite. Let them know you have not received the full amount you purchased. I am sure they will be able to correct the mistake!

If you purchased items and have not received the items you will need to contact the seller directly. You can find contact email through the PayPal My Account screen. Click on the transaction in question and you can view additional details.

If you are talking about receiving coins from www.fantage.com
you can purchase them at
https://secure.fantage.com/membershipv3/pmSelectPayment.do

There are other (likely illegal) ways to earn coins such as getting rare items or items in-game of high value and selling it for e-coins but that sort of trading comes with a high risk of scamming and getting banned.

I do not recommend item trading for e coins. Spending some money to purchase the coins from their website is a much more rewarding and legal option.

Hi,

Try contacting the site of in which you purchased the item from to get a tracking number and also to know which of the courier services are shipping your item, then you go to the courier site and track your package from there.

If you've forgotten to add a purchase to your Reward Zone® account, there a couple of different options that you can use to make sure you receive points for your purchase.

The first option is to visit www.MyRewardZone.com and log into your account. On this website there should be a link on the account maintenance page that says "Report Missing Purchases." Simply click on this link and enter some information from your store receipt when prompted, and the points should be awarded to your account within two to three business days.
