Try to perform the factory reset and if even then the problem persist, its hardware issue. but most probably it should get rectified via factory data reset

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: Android Reboot Problem

This problem was resolved with the latest release of the Android OS (RC30 in the USA). You can download this update and install it manually, or you can wait until T-Mobile send it to your device as an OTA update.

You can Hard Reset the phone by either of two methods. Start/Settings/Clear Memory, or power on while holding both left and right softkeys down.

This resets and reloads the phone software system its ROM and you will lose any and all personal data and apps you put on it since receiving it. Back up all you can before hard resetting.

If you get random errors or unstable system after an update, it's best to do a three button reset from android recovery menu. Wipe cache and delvac partitions and you should be good to go.

WARNING: this will erase all your data.

Bluetooth not turning on

In this case Try this code *#7780# it's for restoring the setting in a soft way. (selecting 'settings only will reset all preference settings. Restoring will not delete any personal data. After restoring, the phone will restart)
where as *#7370# it's for hard way (lets you restore settings and delete personal data. You will not be able to use or switch off the phone during the restore, even for emergencies Restoring may take several minutes. After restoring, the phone will restart)
And if this is not working or helping you than refer to the nearest mobile service centre for FLASHING

Thanks for using FixYa!

Hi How do I make Desire and my laptop pair for bloothtooth. Been throught the usual actions of setting up phone and computer but will not talk to each other. Please offer some hope of help

the android bluetooth only allows itselt to be visible for about a minute or so, you must go into the androids bluetooth settings and there will be an option to make the phone visible, you will notice that as you turn on this function, there will be a timer that starts, at the end of which, the phone will not be visible to bluetooth. during this time of the countdown you must attempt the connection.

Can i put a code on my phone to lock it

Hi,

It seems you have some intruders are going through your phone without your consent,

However, its very possible for you to put a security code on your phone which will be known only to you,but ensure you don't forget it,here is how you do it.

From standby select menu>settings>the general tab>security>lock phone.

Best of luck.

Can't hear anything in my bluetooth headset, mic is working

Hi--First, make sure your "mute" function is off.  Try holding both volume buttons at the same time for a second or two.  If that doesn't help, while you're having a conversation, either with or without bluetooth, make sure your phone's volume is turned up.  On a lot of phones the volume button will control both ringer and conversation volumes, but turning it up without the phone in use only affects the ringer volume.  My husband thought there was something wrong with his bluetooth until we noticed his phone volume was set too low--not as noticeable on handset, but bluetooth apparently needs volume up pretty high!
