Hi. You have to check if is grounded properly first:
Plug with proper ground
Connecting wire ( does have the metal pin on it ? Have to have it or will do that to you all the time. If this is ok,something indside is shorted to ground. Could be rusty ground,bad connection. Or simply motor is getting shorted to the ground. Sometimes a little bit of water is leaking out and getting on components.

Switch off at the wall and unplug it
call an electrician to find and fix the fault or if under warranty call for a service technician to come out
