Digital signal is blocked from TV

I really need a little more information to help with your problem. Do you have your TV connected to a satellite or cable receiver box via an HDMI cable or are you attempting to use the built-in digital tuner to receive HDMI over a HD antenna?

What causes a snowypicture

Low input signal strength, due to poor antenna connection; defective tuner, improper orientation of the antenna; etc; might cause a snowy picture.
If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. Surf the site with patience. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
If the transmitter is so far away, it too can be the cause, as the signal falls at the antenna to be low. If this is the case, connecting a signal booster; between the TV set and the antenna will give better result.

On my Sceptre X32, I cannot receive channel 2-1,4-1 or5-1 why?

Your antenna is probably position'd wrong or the signal is too weak. Sometimes TV with built in tuners aren't as sensitive as the stand alone set-top box tuners. Either try to boost your signal or get a stand alone box to tune to the channel and you should be fine.

The words "weak signal" flashes on screen at different places and do not receive a picture.

seems like you are using an "off the air antenna" that receives weak signal, you may be too far from the station, go get a roof top amplifier antenna or subscribe to digital service from cable, satellite or at&t uverse. If you think your antenna is getting good signal, try to rescan your tv for available channel. Make sure your TV set up is correct, if you are using Off the air signal, your setting should be set at "Antenna or off the air", then rescan your TV. Normally on Satellite or cable box, you just watch it on video channel or component input, if you are using HDMI then tune to HDMI channel.
Check your connection to make sure they are making good contact. If you can post your set up, I can better solve your problem.
For a resource on "off the air" antenna, go to www.antennaweb.org for help.
