Question about Toshiba Satellite A15-S127 Notebook
Issue can be a mainboard lockup. Please perform full discharge/power cycle
- Unplug AC adapter and all other attachments (If any, such USB drive etc)
- Press and hold the power button about 7-10 seconds
- Put the AC adapter back and turn it on
If issue due to temporary circuit lockup unit will turn on
If issue persist please post more by indicated more symptoms, such as heat, pattern of the blinking light etc.

Thanks for using FixYa. Blinking power light means that the issue your Toshiba Satellite A15-S127 is facing with is due to water/liquid damage. To resolve the issue you need to strip it and clean off the corrosion and it will be recovered for which you may use a toothbrush. If still the problem persists, then it is due to water damage to the motherboard down the middle over the CPU, chipset or any other component and these are required to be replaced.
The other issue may be due to some kind of memory problem (RAM problem). You should change the slot of the RAM and then try to start the note book. If it still doesn't work then as soon as your Notebook boots start pressing f-12 then reboot from last known good configuration. Please check it by connecting to some other note book.
You can also install a new copy of Operating System. Before that you should backup all the data by removing your hard disk from notebook and connecting into another.
