Honeywell atomic Projection Clock does not project the time, parts of the lines but not the whole numbers. is there something I can adjust?

SOURCE: projection malfunction

Sorry it took so long to answer your question. This may be a problem with the adjustment of the light guide on the Clock/Radio. You must check your owners manual and make sure you adjusted the light guide correctly. If after making sure you have checked the owner manual for the correct way to adjust the light guide, you are still having problems with the display. You can call the Emerson Customer support at this telephone number 1-800-909-1240. Call them between the hours of 8am to 4:30pm central time USA. Give them the make and model number of your Clock/Radio and ask them for assistance with your problem. I hope this information helps you solve your problem with the projection display. I have one of these, and look for the manual on the 'Net every time DST changes, and eventually figure it out. Here's how: (1) Hold down the ALM/SET button until you get past the alarm setting and you see 24H or 12H. (2) Step through the settings by pushing the ALM/SET button, changing each as desired by pressing the +/CYCLE button. Eventually you'll wind up with the time zone indication flashing (it's really tiny, and appears just below the time indication). Press the +/CYCLE until you get to the desired time zone. (3) After the screen quits flashing, press the -/DST button to get the desired setting. I hope this helps, and that I can find this post again next time change!

Can't figure out how to set the time zone


I just pressed and held for about 3 to 5 seconds the button with the +/- on the bottom of the clock and until it showed the part of the US that I was in.
