### Printer will not print on envelopes and then jams

In this case would you be able to provide me with the Printers Brand Name and Model?

I would also like to inform you that if your envelope is getting stuck in the paper tray check if you have any foreign substances on it.

Take a size 10 envelope and fold it in a way that it looks like a millimeter scale.

Now insert one part of that envelope inside the paper tray in such a way that it touches the paper roller inside the printer and move it back and forth for at least 10 times and then try to print.

Best of Luck :)
