Question about Computers & Internet
Before I can help you much at all, I need to know what kind of machine you are running, and the operating system you have installed on it, and whether you have any other alternate way to boot that machine ... such as a CD, DVD, or flash drive that has a bootable operating system on it.

Tips for a great answer:
Oct 29, 2015 | Alcatel Cell Phones
Click the Start button, click Control Panel, click System and Maintenance, and then click Device Manager.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation
In the list, double-click the type of device, and then locate the specific device that isn't working properly.
If an exclamation mark appears next to the name of the device, Device Manager can't find the device driver. Go to "Use Windows Update to find a device driver."
If no exclamation mark appears next to the name of the device, go to "Uninstall and reinstall the device driver."
Close Device Manager.
hope this helps
