On my computer I use Sky email on my Firefox account. Until the past weekend I have used the Themes with no problems. Suddenly the Themes I was using have disappeared, and the only ones available are the bog-standard ones. The more elaborate ones with illustrations, etc. had disappeared completely.
SOURCE: Missing Cursor on Firefox
Hi there Lauren,
I think I've got you covered on this one.
I'd like to offer up a two solutions.
One may be the solution to the disappearing cursor.
Failing that, the other addresses the symptoms, instead of the problem, sort of a sideways solution. Hopefully the result will be satisfactory.
If the first option doesn't fix the mystery, the second will show the location of the cursor when you press the Control Key. One or the other will make that cursor show itself.

Did you try checking you Trash, that's where mine ended up when they disappeared from the inbox
SOURCE: Yahoo mail site slow when using IE
Hi,
It looks as if you are using older version of IE.
Download IE 8 and see the improvement in speeds.

Or if you still need a faster browser, download Opera web browser.

SOURCE: Who is my computer's "Administrator"? How can I change it?
Hi Kaites33,
To create a Administrator account on your MacBook, follow the instructions below, however, please note that this will only work if "Open Firmware Password Protection" has NOT been enabled. Anyhow, it's worth a try.
1. Shutdown your MacBook.
2. Press the power button to start the computer.
3. Immediately press and hold the Command (Apple) Key and the "s" key, until you see white text appear on a black screen.
4. At the prompt, type the following commands, hitting "Return" after each.
Your current Standard User account will not be changed/harmed.
During the creation of the new Admin account, remember to:
a) select "DO NOT TRANSFER MY DATA".
b) Keep the SAME computer name.
c) Choose a DIFFERENT Username (Otherwise it will overwrite your old account)
Once you have finished, you will have two accounts, and will be able to log in to either.
Optionally, when you are logged in with the new Admin Account, you could change your existing account to an admin account, then log out, log in to the old account (which is now an admin account too) and then delete the new admin account.
Hope this helps, and let me know if there is anything you do not understand.
Regards,
Cybernanga
SOURCE: My email was used to confirm another account,my facebook gone now
Hi. I had a similar problem... it can be fixed! Email facebook and explain what happened. Be patient and persistent.
send email to:
[email protected]
the first email I received back from them (day after I emailed) was generic saying:
"Our records indicate that there is not a disabled account associated with the address you are writing from. If you are referring to another account that has been disabled, please contact us directly from the email address you use to log in to that account..."
Except the email I was using DID belong to my missing account. So I replied with the SAME original message. And detailed what happened to my account.
I received a SECOND response, identical to the first.
I emailed them AGAIN detailing what happened.
FINALLY (about 1 1/2 weeks later) I received this email:
"Hi Chelsey,
Your original account has been reactivated and you should be able to access it now. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you have any further questions, please visit our Help Center at the following address:
