A Recipe for Great Chocolate Chip Cookies (adapted from Betty Crocker).

Here's a great recipe for a family favorite of ours - chocolate chip cookies:
Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup margarine
3/4 brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cups plain flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 bag of chocolate chips (2 cups)
method:
Preheat the oven to 375
Mix sugars, marg, egg and vanilla in large bowl. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and choc chips
Drop dough in spoonfuls onto baking trays, leaving 2 inches between them.
Bake for 8-11 minutes until light brown.
Don't be tempted to overcook or they'll lose their chewy centre.

1/2 teaspon equals how many mg

Teaspoon is a measurement of volume and mg is a measurment of weight. 1 teaspoon of water will be less mg than 1 teaspoon of lead. What are you measuring?

I never did get the measuring cup for my Ronco Pasta maker and they said it was no longer available and suggested I try trial and error. I bought this machine so that I would not have to trial and error...

I measured and wrote amounts below in my instruction book in case I misplace the measuring cup.
Full Load
Liquid: 2 eggs and water to total 7 oz.
Flour: 3 1/2 cups flour with a small amount of olive oil (1 tsp?)

Half Load
Liquid: 1 egg and water to total 4 oz.
Flour: 1 3/4 cups flour with a small amount of olive oil (1/2 tsp?)

Coffee to water ratio

Weak coffee is 2 tsp per cup strong coffee is 3 tsp or 1 Tbls per cup. (3 tsp per Tblsp) 32 Tablespoons = 2 Cups, there are 4 Tblsp per 1/4 cup. If you're confused ( I am from reading my answer) Use 1 cup for weak coffee, two cups for strong or 1 & 1/2 for regular strength coffee. Hope that helps!

How To Refill?

Harry, you can use every DYE ink for brother printers. DO NOT use pigmented ink due to clogged filters inside the printhead!!!! The carts for mfc210 are filled with 20ml for BK and 11ml for C/Y/M. I use to refill 20ml only ink for bk and 10ml ink + 1ml printhead cleaner for C/Y/M. See here how to do that (LC900 refill): http://www.hstt.net/refill-faq/brother.html#LC-900 Refillen (Simply drill a hole into the brother brandname and leave it open!) I use a 20ml syringe and 3 12(10+2)ml syringes from the drugstore (ask your doc! It may be cheaper ;-)
