Do i need to state some of my achievements when i am asked about telling more about my self?

Usually things like that arn't all that important on websites unless you are applying for some sort of moderator position of course. If you really have to put in something you can just put in mjlsdfg because it's not that important ^^ If you are applying for something, that's of course a different scenario, then you should just put in what you have done in regards to the subject you are applying for.

While recording the Camcorder goes in and out of focus. If I keep the camcorder running and either zoom or pan out the subject refocuses, but if i hold at that level of focus the subject becomes blurry...

It sounds like you are either too close to the subject or you need to flip the focus switch to automatic.
The Auto/Manual focus button is located on the left side of the camcorder under the LCD monitor flap.
Other than that, does this happen only in low light? The camera will have trouble focusing in low light usually.

Uml diagrams are very complex and detailed subject. Specially applying on a specific subject needs to know the details of the project. But as an approaching vision can easily be understood by looking selected examples. I think it can only be solved by the owner of the project. This link may be helpful for thinking how to and where to start.

How to cut clear hair in photoshop

Sounds like you want to make a hair mask. If your subject is on a simple back ground, go into your color channels and duplicate the one that is the darkest for the hair. Apply levels to darken even more and then fill in other non hair areas of the head and body with black. Get in close and remove any artifacting around the edges of the hair so it is clearly black and white, no grey or at least try not to have any grey.
Inverse the tones so the hair becomes white and the background black. Make a selection and use it to lift your subject off the background. If you have any fuzzy areas, you can lock the layer and clone hair into them and/or remove them with the eraser or use layer mask.

Metering modes

There are three metering modes: Digital ESP, Center Weighted Averaging and Spot. DIGITAL ESP - The camera meters and calculates the light levels or light level differences in the center and other areas of the image separately. CENTER WEIGHTED AVERAGING - The metering mode provides the average metering between the subject and the background lighting, placing more weight on the subject at the center. SPOT - The camera meters a very small area around the center of the subject, defined by the spot metering area mark in the viewfinder.
