If I understood users manual which I found via internet,it is digital system for PBX,so it means you can use it 100% if it is programed thru PBX system,so you need to call your IT personel to program it
for you.

i have a betacom ctt500 and the light has gone out on the caller display, the batteries are new so what could it be?

Check out your user's manual, but I think you need to start programming lighted buttons with FEATURE 16 and 17.
