How to reverse blacklisting?

Remove that job from your resume. If your internal job search you're pretty much out-of-luck.
If you're externally job search remove the job and replace it with unemployment or a part time job. Employers won't try to validate part time employment.

I am unable to set-up job codes... the button will not let me click on it. When i attempt to add a job code to an employee it opens the screen to select code but there is nothing to select so I just...

Hi Tricia,

It sounds like you have never setup the job codes or they are lost. Setup a new job code by clicking JOB CODE SETUP button. on the JOB CODE SETUP screen, if the drop down box above the UPDATE button is blank, then the system has no job codes to select from. Click the ADD button. Put a random number in the JOB CODE ID box, like 3. Hit SAVE then EXIT. On EMPLOYEE MAINTENANCE screen click JOB CODE & WAGES tab, then click ADD. The number you entered should be listed as a job code to select. If it is listed, you need to go back into JOB CODE SETUP and UPDATE this code to the settings you want and add other job codes as needed. If it is not listed, further troubleshooting will be needed.

Working alone,Maria can complete a task in 100 minutes.Ann can complete the same job in 2 hours. They work together for 30 minutes when Liu,the new employee, joins and begin helping. They finish the job 20...

Check my work, before you hand it in -- there could be some DELIBERATE errors in my fractions. :-)

Marie takes 100 minutes for 1 job.
Marie took 50 minutes for 1/2 job.

Ann takes 120 minutes for 1 job.
Ann took 30 minutes and did 1/4 job.
Ann took 20 more minutes and did 1/6 job.

Together Marie & Ann did 1/2 plus 1/4 plus 1/6 job in 50 minutes.
Together Marie & Ann did 6/12 plus 3/12 plus 2/12 job in 50 minutes.
Together Marie & Ann did 11/12 job in 50 minutes.

Liu did the rest (1-(1/2+1/4+1/6)) job in 20 minutes.
Liu did the rest (1-(4+3+2)/12) job in 20 minutes.
Liu did the rest (1-9/12) in 20 minutes.
Liu did the rest (1/4) in 20 minutes.
Liu worked for 5 minutes.

Need to print a report of past print jobs

If you have CentreWare IS you can do the following (taken from the manual):
You can find the manual link here: http://www.office.xerox.com/userdoc/P6250/6250_Web/pdfs/reference_guide.pdf

On page 97 of the manual it states:

Using Printer Management Features

Job Accounting

The printer stores information about print jobs in a log file. The log file is stored either in the
printer’s memory or on an optional hard disk if one is installed in the printer. If the log file is
stored in the printer’s memory, it is lost when the printer is reset. It is recommended that a hard
disk be used for job accounting.

The log file lists job records. Each record contains fields such as user name, job name, pages
printed, job times, and toner and ink used. Not all fields are supported by all printers. For
information go to CentreWare IS online help or CentreWare Web online help.

The job accounting values reported vary depending on the protocol and print command used
when each job was printed. For example, using NPRINT over NetWare provides the printer
with the most information about the job being printed. When using Windows and NetWare, the
job name is often LST: or LST:BANNER. Other jobs from other ports may provide less
information about the job.

Job accounting is available through CentreWare IS and CentreWare Web.
Using CentreWare IS

1. Launch your web browser.
2. Enter your printer's IP address in the browser’s Address field (http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx).
3. On the right side of the main CentreWare IS page, click Jobs.

The “Job Accounting Links” page provides links that enable you to browse, download, and
clear job accounting records.

For complete information on CentreWare IS job accounting, including clearing job
information, downloading job information to a file, and job accounting file formats, go to
CentreWare IS Online Help.

Hope this helps!

Hp 2420 prints a ''job storage status page'' after each print job

If you have your software driver or print job set to save your print jobs to the printer and your printer does not support this, you will get that error and status page. Here is what the User's manual says about print job storage:
"The printer supports two distinct job-storage features that you can use to initiate printing from the printer control panel after the print job is sent from the computer:
● Proof and hold jobs
● Private jobs
Make sure that you identify your jobs in the printer driver before printing. Using default names might override previous jobs that have the same default name or cause the job to be deleted.

The job-storage features require 48 MB of RAM. For printer models that have less than 48 MB of RAM, you can add memory so that they can support the features."
