If you are going for a interview for any kind of job be honest and tell the interviewer what education in the field you do have, and any certificates, or diploma's you might also have. Most companies will check references so be sure to be polite and truthful.

If an interviewer asks me about my background and my accomplishment and i've never worked before. should i be personal or educational?

Hello there!

Whenever an interviewer for a job asks you a personal question like "tell me a bit about yourself", or "past accomplishments" (I've learned the hard way), they're wanting an answer which relates to an event, interest or skill that possibly would make you a more desirable employee. --

For example: If I were in an interview and was asked the same question, I'd likely mention a time where I was was asked to do something which I never thought I could accomplish before; or perhaps a really big job / task which I normally wouldn't attempt to do... something that proved to yourself that you *COULD* actually achieve -- and most importantly, something which "accidentally" taught you a new skill that could be used in future tasks or jobs you might come across.

I honestly wish you the best in your interview, and hope you get the job! Good luck!

Why is it important to look presentable as a receptionist?

customers base their first impressions of a company on how the receptionist presents her self
a bad presentation indicates a company who doesn't care
individuality is great for a person but not as a presentation point
neat, tidy, presentable and efficient is what customers see as a company when the receptionist is neat, tidy, presentable and efficient

How Do I Effectively Interview Job Candidates?

So here is my take on it.
Make a list of the job criteria that the candidate has to meet and ask questions that test their knowledge.

Ask questions that will require the answers that you will judge the candidate on

question previous experience

ask what they have learnt from making mistakes, everyone makes mistakes, not everyone learns from them

dont ask questions like "if you were a car what car would you be"

also I suggest a few of the following:-
are they dressed smartly
are their fingernails clean
are their shoes polished
do they sit confidently
do they make good eye contact
do they consider their answers before speaking

Most of all you must be confident and not be afraid to ask difficult questions.

does that help for starters?

I have interview tomorrow I really want to be hire? what should i do? im applying for call center agent

I would dress your best, nice shoes, a button down shirt and dress pants with belt. Try not to talk about yourself but more about what you did for your company and what you can bring to your new one.
Don t forget to greet your interviewer with a firm handshake and always call him by his name, no "dude"s or "man"s. Ask questions about the position and the organization, but avoid questions whose answers can easily be found on the company Web site. I would also send a short thank you note or email after the interview to seal the deal. I hope i could help.

MY INTERVIEW QUESTION IS WHAT IS UR DISCIPLINE? HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR IDEAL JOB? WHAT MOTIVATES YOU TO DO A GOOD JOB? WHAT EXACTLY DO YOU LOOK FOR IN A JOB? WHAT ACCOMPLISHMENT GIVES...

The best bet in an interview is to answer sincerely and honestly - They will be able to tell this. Be sure to seem career and goal oriented and know about the company that you're interviewing for, beforehand.

Thank you.

Why should i hire you if interviewer asks me in interview?? what do i say?

It is your confidence level that must project your personality. you must ensure that the company that recruits you is going to be benefited by your contribution as well as you will benefit from the company by being a part in their progress.
The projection at the interview for your good factors to convince is most important to give you the call letter.
