This issue may occur if a Microsoft .NET Framework file is being used when you try to install Office 2003. For example, this issue may occur if the Mscoree.dll is being used when you try to install Office 2003.
To work around this issue, restart the computer. Alternatively stop Windows Installer.
If these actions do not resolve the problem, repair the existing installation of the .NET Framework. Alternatively troubleshoot .NET Framework installation issues.

Thank you for contacting Fixya.
It's possible it could be the senser, just two screws hold it on and the wires unplug with a connector.
As to understand it in details whether the sesor is the bad part you can use a ohm meter to test the sensor, it should read about 1100 ohms at room temperature, if so, then your oven sensor is good.
You can get a cheap ohm meter at Radio Shack or any hardware store. If your oven sensor tests good, then your control board would need to be replaced.
That would help to resolve the issue.

it seems a speed sensor feedback problem
if competent remove power supply to threadmill ,open covers and locate speed sensor on motor drive unit ,blow dry air using a suitable air compressor or just use a brush to gentle remove any deposits
close covers and retry
