Po141 code on my 2003 Chevy s 10 and I changed my down stream sensor and reset the code about 500 miles later it came back on I reset it again and 200 miles later it is back on again what do I do now

unplug the O2 sensor. Turn the key to the run position. Check for 12 volts at the pink wire.

If there is no power check the fuse (O2 HTR). If the fuse is good you will need to find the open in the pink wire.

If there is power hook your test light to the power side of the batter (Positive lead of voltmeter to positive side of the battery. check the brown wire with the engine running. You should see 12 volts or the test light should illuminate. (the computer supplies the ground for the heater circuit).

If there is no power or illumination check the brown wire for continuity between the sensor and the computer. If there is power than either the new sensor is bad, the wrong sensor was replaced, or there is corrosion in the power side of the wiring which is a little more difficult to figure out.

I have acquired 11 NEC NP 905s over the past three years. Currently I have them all running in the same exhibit. It is obvious that some of them have a pink cast on the right side fading as it extends...

Hi,

It is likely that this is permanent damage caused by degradation of the LCD panels. These projectors were first shipped in July 2008 and should have been supplied with a 3 year warranty. You should contact NEC support here and see about having them repaired under warranty.

I have sensor heating circuit malfunctiom on my 1997 astro van the code is po135 how can i find out how to fix this problem

The heater circuit feeds the other 2 sensors and since there is no code for them we can reasonable assume that the wiring an fuse is good up to the splice.

Bank 1 sensor 1 is the sensor before the cat on the same side of the engine as the number 1 cylinder. If you check the vehicle side of the connector you should see a black, pink, purple and tan wire. Pink is the power to the heater, Black is the heater ground. Make sure there is 12 volts on the pink wire with the key on (possibly running) and make sure the ground is good.

If those 2 are good than I would have no problem changing the O2 sensor.

Cant find the tach sensor on a 2000 1200 sportster

The tachometer is an electronic tach and gets it's "pulses" from the ignition coil. The older bikes had a pink wire that went to "negative" side of the coil. The negative side of the coil is the side the electronic sensor plate in the ignition cavity on the right side of the engine connects to.
