Okay; the way you can get around this, is by reflashing the phone with firmware.
This isn't ideal, as it'll wipe everything on your phone, as it just reinstalls the phone's software. However, this is much better than not having a phone so if you're game, read on.
WARNING: reflashing firmware on a phonen is always risky, and I cannot be held liable for any resulting loss from this information. Proceed at your own risk.
