I did not knowingly sign up for Prime. There were some FREE kids games I downloaded . This is the second time this has happened to me. I do not want PRIME. Can you please adjust my account?

If that link doesn't work, go to Amazon. In the Search box, type amazon prime, and then press Enter. On the search results page, clickEnd Your Amazon Prime Membership.
Sign in to your account. Your username is the email address you used to sign up with Amazon.
If you're on an Amazon Prime free trial, click Do not continue.
At the end of the Amazon Prime trial, your account will be canceled and you won't be billed for it.
If you don't cancel your free trial, you will automatically be upgraded to a paid membership, and you will be billed for that.
If you're on a paid Amazon Prime membership, click End membership.
If you haven't received free shipping through Amazon Prime or used any of the Amazon prime benefits, you are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel within three days of signing up, then you are eligible for a free refund
Cancel Your Amazon Prime Membership
You can cancel a paid or free Amazon Prime membership in the Settings section ofYour Account. Manage Your Prime Membership.
Do one of the following:
To cancel a paid membership, click End membership, which is the second option on the left-hand side of the page.
Note: Paid members who haven't used their Amazon Prime benefits, including the Kindle Owners' Lending Library, One Day Delivery and Prime Instant Video, will be eligible for a full refund.
To cancel a free trial, click Do not continue, which is the second option on the left-hand side of the page.
Note: If you have a free trial you'll receive benefits until your free trial period ends. Then your membership will cancel, and your card won't be charged. If you decide later in the free trial to continue your membership, you can change this setting back by clicking Continue membership. You can opt out at any time during the free trial period.
You can also choose to set a renewal reminder by selecting Remind me Later in "Do not continue", which is accessible in Your Account, under "Manage Prime membership". (This reminder option won't be available if your renewal date is within the next three days.)

You get a free kindle ebook for signing up for prime. That is, you can download a free book onto your kindle. You of course do not get a free kindle reader or tablet for signing up for prime. You just get a free download of a book. Sorry. On the plus side, you can still download your free ebook and read it using your desktop computer.
The OS is Android. Try this and see if it works, I had a android phone that gave me the same error a few times.
