Is there any risk for a patient who takes Eliquis after the procedure?

this is anticoagulant (keeps the blood from running from a wound ) so if the procedure ( you couldn't be bothered to state the procedure) involved cutting flesh and opening blood vessels, stopping the bleeding will be difficult
Fixya site is not a medical forum and the performing doctor would not have prescribed any medication after a procedure for blood coagulation to be inhibited
get back to the doctor

How to stop nosebleeding

Decide the cause of the nose bleed
If it follows a blow to the head and the blood is thin and watery it could indicate leakage from the brain.
Fresh bright red blood would indicate a ruptured blood vessel in the nostril.
Sit the patient down
Lean the head forward to allow the nostrils to drain.
Breathe through the mouth
Pinch the nostrils to stem the flow, keeping the head leaning forward.
Hold this position for 10 minutes. Repeat, if still bleeding.
When bleeding stops, avoid exertion and blowing the nose.
If bleeding persists after 30 minutes seek medical advice

What causes low red blood count

Anemia can be caused by pregnancy (usually normal), disease (eg cancer), bleeding (eg menstruation) or an infection somewhere (eg kidneys).

Since it can possibly indicate something serious, pay attention to your doctor and go with that advice.

What is pearinda plus tablets to treat

PEARINDA belongs to a class of medicines called ACE inhibitors. ACE stands for angiotensin converting enzyme. It works by blocking ACE, an enzyme involved in narrowing blood vessels and causing sodium and fluid retention by the kidneys. This causes blood vessels to relax, allowing blood to flow more freely and at a lower pressure, and increasing the heart's ability to pump blood in some types of heart failure.
