How can I oven dry spices?

Turn your oven to add low as it will go, put the spices in and keep a close eye on them, they will go from moist to dry very fast.

Humidifier not getting enough water

I suggest you buying the FOG RING: http://www.neotizen.com/main/main.php
This is really helpful for HUMIDIFYING any area, it is very cheap and it produces a lot of cold vapor.

Freezer too dry

Why is this question in camcorders?

Water can evaporate from ice. This is called "sublimation".

As a result, ice cubes shrink, especially in frost-free refrigerators, which are often very dry. Frost free models have a fan that circulates air internally so the moist air gets blown out, rather than

Freezers get condensation from moist air that gets inside when you open the door. Frost free models cycle off every few hours, and warm up a bit (a heating coil) to melt the condensation and then they blow that out so it won't form frost. They also blow out any vapour from the sublimating ice cubes. Then they cool down again.

Moving/Shipping bolt re-installation for Frigidaire Front loading washer Mod # GLTF2070DS0 Serial XC40623490 instructions and tips as well as suggestions. Is this really needed, unit will be in storage...

Hello,
yes it sure is a good idea to have the shipping bolts in place to move it they tend to bounce around and could damage something if not secured...also a tip would be if it will be stored where very warm sure as storage places generally are it would be a real good idea to pour about a gallon of water in tub since their is always water their to keep seals wet to prevent dry rot and if stored where hot that water may eveperate so add some to keep it moist and the seals wont dry rot

What are the settings (humidity)from 40 upwards on my micromark ? . Is the lower setting to take out most moisture ? Thank You

40 is 40% humidity in room - that's really dry.

For moist area you usually want 50 or 60%.

Dehumidifiers are for damp areas. If temp ouside is below freezing, inside house is probably already too low.

My Sharper Image ionizer after I cleaned the grid now makes popping noises and then the red light that says drying grid comes on most of the time. Sometimes the light that says attention required comes...

You are probably aware that the ionizer uses a very high voltage (at very low current) to function. If you have used a cleaner of some kind on it, you could have made the grid sensitive to moisture.
I would remove the grid again and wash it thoroughly in distilled water to remove any residue that stayed behind, then dry it in warm air before reinstalling it.

How long is the dryer vent hose .It should be metal and as short as possible, best under 12 feet long. Is there any thing that can get in front of the vent outside that may block or hinder the exit of the hot moist air. Too long a vent pipe or a out side flaper that is not free moving will cause back pressure that will not dry your clothes without more that one drying cycle. Also lint can get stuck in the hose especially at any bends, can be a fire hazard.
