Setting for easy green 11 spreader with scotte turf builder

SOURCE: I have an old Jackson 36HSS-26 lawn spreader.

It should say on the back of the box or give some indication as to the settings but in general you can gague it from the flow rate and or the granual size but a rough setting is about 5 to 6

If the product you are planning on applying has a spreader setting for a Scotts AccuGreen, or  specifically for the AccuGreen 3000; you can use that recommendation in your Turf Builder Classic Drop Spreader.  If they do not have a suggested spreader setting for the Accugreen, or  Accugreen 3000 settings then this question would best be answered by calling Scotts directly @ 1-800-543-8873. Hi,
The best way is to just place a small amount... like 5 lb in the hopper...start with it barely open and see how far you get,,, then compute from there what you need...
The settings they give you are guesamates at best and are often set to place too much... why not??? they are selling you a product!!

I was just told by Scott's phone customer service (800-543-8873) that their TurfBuilder EdgeGuard mini can use the same settings as their "SpeedyGreen" broadcast spreader, if your fertilizer lists that one.
