Don't remove the memory card with the device powered on because it may harm the card and/or the device Ensure the device is powered off. Locate and open the memory card/SIM card cover (located on the left side with phone facing down). Push the memory (microSD) card until the card partly ejects from the slot.

My Kyocera Rise has LOTS of problems! The one I want to ask is why do I keep getting a random message saying, "SD card has been unexpectedly removed"?

There are several possible reasons for this. The Kyocera Rise requires an SD card to be unmounted through the memory option in the settings. If you remove the SD without unmounting, you will receive the error message. The Rise also has several software issues that sometimes cause your SD to stop being read, even while still inserted. If you receive this error message without removing your SD card, it is recommended that you take your phone to a company certified Sprint store to have it checked out.

I have just bought a 8GB Panasonic memory chip for my Kyocera Finecam M410R camera. But it comes up with card error on it. I put back my little old 124mg card and it is fine. Can I use a panasonic card...

The brand isn't important. The 8GB card is an SDHC(secure digital high capacity) card and the smaller one is an SD. Your camera may not be able to use an SDHC card. Try formatting it in the camera before giving up on it.

Doesn't show mp3 files on micro sd card

You have to drag and drop only the MP3 files into the music folder. If you have them organized and in folder by artist, drag only the MP3s into the card's Music folder.

Since this camera is fifteen years old, and is long discontinued, it is unlikely that spares will be available for it. The camera shop gave you the most cost effective advice.
