Get a doctors certificate saying the work of cleaning is causing you health issues for example
back or feet pain and health issues such as asthma reaction or rash with the chemicals used

use the certificate to quit for health reasons

its not openly advertised on center link sites what happens if someone quits their job without a medical certificate or without a just cause
there may be a two to six week non payment of newstart penalty for quitting employment

If you are taking money from the government, then use the appeal process. You will never beat them only out maneuver them. Read up on the rules and use them.

I am getting newstart allowance, but I will go to study English course at TAFE, do I need to looking for jobs?

If you are 18 to 24 and studying full time (20 hrs) in a wide range of approved courses, you can draw a Govt allowance without having to look for jobs. If 25 or over the difinitions change but you can still study full-time without job-hunting. There is a limit though to all this. You cannot do this for years and years

I have given resigation letter recently but, i want to stayback in the same. for that i need to write letter politely to return my resignation letter. please help me in htis regard

Easy apologies to what you have resigned on and give them a reason why they should keep you,but keep it clean and calm, cause you need to eat humble pie now.So if they review it must be a good job application with skills and tasks that have been followed through with.Cause they need to look at you as an asset now ( some one they cant afford to loose.) But put it as you would be looking for work from them and that you are truly sorry for resigning.

Resignation letter

Here is a whole lot of sample letters. Pick one you like and just copy it. In addition I'd keep it simple and above all, never be nasty or abusive, even if you feel like it. It may be that your employment contract requires you to give notice, so do that, and if not, it is common to give notice equal to one or two pay periods. Remember some companies do not give references, but do ask for a certificate of employment.

How do I write a resegnation letter?

When writing a resignation letter, it's important to keep your resignation letter as simple, brief, and focused as possible. It should also be positive. Once you have made the decision to move on, there's no point in criticizing your employer or your job. Your letter of resignation should include information on when you are leaving. You can also let the employer know you appreciate your time with the company.
What to Include in Your Resignation Letter:
The fact that you are leaving and date when your resignation is effective.
Thanks to your employer for the opportunities you have had during your employment.
I'm going to include a link to a website that can show you some examples on how to construct your resignation letter, and some further helpful tips on what you might want to include.

What if my employer did not accept my resignation letter? they still insist me not to resign in the company since i do not have any contract?

You are free to resign if contract is due. Is there is a contract there are sometimes rules about resigning. Check on that.

I am pretty sure they do not want you to leave because you are an excellent employer. Take this to your advantage and get a good wage raise!!!

Ask for a raise and better working conditions, or a promotion.

God Bless You!!
