is recognized by more and more people, recognition has not reached to due height yet. So, status of mold is still not clear and policies cannot be implemented completely. Received supporting strength and intensity are insufficient. Besides insiders, only a few people know about features of mold industry. To get more supports, publicity is still priority. Second, compared with international advanced level, Chinese casting mold industry is still backward on idea, design, craft, technology and experience. In general, China is still learning from advanced countries, lacking of innovation. Information manufacturing and management, innovation are not realized. China is equivalent to intermediate level. Compared with advanced level, the whole industry level is backward by about 15 years. Among that, online test and information management of casting mold are backward by more than 15 years. Reducing gap has a long way to go forward.Third, the high economic growth rate is almost ended. In the future, Chinese economy will show the trend of intermediate speed. Cost inflation and rate of profit declining will become normal and constraining force of energy and ecological environment will be larger and larger. Structural adjustment and transformation of growth pattern are urgent. There are a lot of factors around the world. Under such situation, castings mold industry has difficulty for maintaining higher growth rate and sustainable development while the objective must be realized.Forth, phenomena of financing difficulty, accounts due growing, financial strain, cost growing and rate of profit constantly decreasing still exist in small enterprises and those problems are not figured out, still growing continuously. Partial provinces or cities in south have energy supply tension. Situation that commercial power is limited also exists. Fifth, talent is in shortage. In particular, shortage of senior talent has become a key bottle neck for mold industry. Although China has made a great progress in talent cultivation, it is still far away from meeting requirements. Demographic dividend in China is continuously reducing and human resource will be tightened for a long time. Enhancing talent cultivation to meet demand, using high technologies, developing informatization, standardization and automation to reduce manpower are priorities.
