this will be a timer fault most likely. if you can test for voltage at the valves while the machine should be filling you can tell if the timer is sending power to the valves.

Maytag dryer se1000 runs for 15 minutes then shuts off

Clean your sensors if you have them. They might have junk on them that could be forming a moisture barrier preventing the sensors from feeling the wetness of them clothes. The dryer may think them clothes is dry because it cannot sense wetness.

Maytag dryer drum not turning - suspect belt - don't know how to get to it.

take the back off the dryer, take the back support rod loose, that's the thing that hold the back of the drum up. Then slide the belt back over the drum, the belt rides right in the middle of the drum motor should be in the bottom right hand corner.

I hope you got this fixed by now but if not I'll put in my 2 cents.. I assume that your dryer is electric and not gas. Assuming that is true then you probably have an open heater element.. similar to this used in electric stoves... There may also be other components that could have failed and in so doing, disabled power to that element. Could be a contactor or temp switch/thermistor.. Hope this helps and that you've already solved the problem...
