Hi Xuong, try to follow these steps, it may be deactivated automatically:

Open Toshiba Assist -->> Protection and Reparations -->> Device of diagnosis PC-- >> Device Driver -->> Graphics card and Computer and reactivated it.

If you still stuck in that issue, dial my number +1800-620-8060 (toll-free) number.

Thanks,

SOURCE: What is an HDD/SDD Alert? I have two error

Under Programs in the My Toshiba folder there is a Toshiba Application Installer. Open(click) that and then re-install the HDD/SDD Alert Monitor. My Toshiba did the same thing and that's how I fixed it.

SOURCE: I purchased my Toshiba laptop in middle of April

Switch ON the PC, boot the PC in 'Safe Mode' by continuously tapping F8 button after you switch On until you get the Safe Mode Option.

Let windows boot in Safe Mode and log in to windows.

1. Open the Start Menu.

A) Click on All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and System Restore.

2. Open the Control Panel (All Items View).

A) Click on the Recovery icon.
B) Click on the Open System Restore button.

A 'System Restore' window will appear. Here you will have to check "Restore computer to an earlier time'

A) Click on the Next button

Now you will find a window with Dates, Description and Type,

Note: It is better if you could remember from which date you are facing the issue, try to select a date prior to that date.

The detail of that particular date should show "System Checkpoint" and time on the right hand side box. Select that date.

Now, Click on Next and System Restore will start. Click on the Finish button and windows will take a reboot.

Restore the PC and come to the previous position first then we will work out for next steps.

SOURCE: can't get Toshiba Satellite L775 to boot past "windows is loading files" screen

I assume you are doing a System Restore/Recovery? Have you removed the HDD and tested it? Perhaps the Recovery files are corrupt/missing? A bit more info needed.

According to the Toshiba website, your laptop does not have Bluetooth, with means it won't have A2DP. You can buy a dongle to get Bluetooth to your laptop.
