The best solution is to check what was loaded on startup using msconfig - startup. uncheck all the programs that are not relevant to your programs. run chkdsk, run clean disk, run defragmentation.

SOURCE: Have deleted bear share off
The quick and dirty would be, assuming your using Internet Explorer, Click on Tools at the top > Manage Add-ons and right click the Bear Share Addon and disable it.
If you don't see the menu at the top hit "alt"
Long term I would suggest removing the add-on a good way is to download HijackThis
Run the Scan and look for the BHO for bearshare and delete it.
