Baby lock quilt & craft model BL2300K. I received this from mother in law, no manual. Does any one know where the oil locations are so I can oil. Starting to make noise needs oil, thank you, robert

As a computerized machine, it is probable that there is very little (if any) oiling required. You can check with your local Baby Lock dealer's technician for oiling instructions and a manual for your machine. (Oiling incorrectly could permanently damage the machine.)

I was unable to locate a manual for your machine, but did find this web site:

Underneath of quilt the stitches are long with smaller topstitches is my top tension to loose or too tight

YOur top thread is looping, right? Re-thread your top thread, making sure you floss it into the tension system. When you drop the pressed foot it should offer tension to the thread. Right? When you have underside loops it would indicate too much thread, right? So either the tension is too low OR something is jerking on the top thread causing a loop.

Tension Problem while free motion quilting

Usually dirt in the tension plates. Pull a short piece of heavy thread through them holding the thread tight between both hands, work it back and forth to clear out lint.

My needle keeps breaking while I'm trying to machine quilt. It also at times will collect the thread on the other side of the quilt which makes me think something is wrong with the bobbin.

Q1.(A) Without realising, you could be 'helping' the material feed.
Q2. (A) Is the thread collecting at the start or during sewing?,,if at the start, make sure threads are clear and hold them out the back of work gently till a few stictches are made.
If during sewing, it could be tension isn't adjusted correctly, experiment.
