My smartdrive pride lid came off and I fixed it but now the machine won't work, any suggestions please?

Possible that the lid switch alignment is not proper and so does not activate when the lid is closed. Please reset this lid once again and check the switch continuity with a meter when the lid is shut

This means that the machine can't get any water or enough to wash with.Check to see taps are on hoses for kinks and filters in water hoses are not blocked.

How do I adjust the clutch on an ELBA Model WA50T54W1 top loader washing machine ?

Hi.

Unfortunately the service documentation for Elba is not available. Although the machine has been built by F&P and although is similar to a Fisher & Paykel Smartdrive there are some small difference. The clutch system may be similar to the smartdrive. I have uploaded the service manuals for two smart drive models below, see if that can help. Check section about disassembly.

Fisher & Paykel Pride 5.5 Smartdrive 8 not spining

There is a transmission clutch that engages for the spin cycle. A gear has worn or broken a tooth. Replacement of the transmission hispeed spin cycle assembly is required.

The other comments are of no use. You must get parts from an Authorized Fisher & Paykel dealer, or have an authorized repairman service the machine.

I have a Fisher and Paykel Aerosense 5kg. When turned on the "delay start" beeps and displays 3 hours delay light, and then will randomly cycle through from 3 to 6 to 9 to off, but if you start the dryer while it is off, it very soon beeps on and stops the dryer. You can press the button yourself and it will move on, but it continues to randomly move by itself and so you can't really use the dryer at all. Help!
