Either the lock is defective and you should return it, you set the combo and then were careless enough to immediately forget it (try returning as defective) or you are lying and are looking for a way to steal something.
If the lock is has a 5 letter code, the written instructions can be modified for 5 letters.
Then, the written instructions can be printed and packaged (placed in "zipper lock" plastic bag) with the Wordlock bike lock and cable for a new owner.
Open it using your current code. Using a coin or screwdriver in the notch on the end cap, turn cap clockwise to the diagonal position. Line up your new letters/code then turn the cap back to the vertical, done!
This is easily done with a few steps. A full manual is available from the wordlock site here: http://wordlock.com/_pdf/Wordlock-Bikelock-Instructions.pdf
