Microwave KOT151S under counter model quit working right after installation. Power from house is funtioning, but the only thing working on microwave is the interior light. Is there a built-in fuse within...

The first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.

If that doesn't work, leave it unplugged for about 5 minutes.

If some keys are still unresponsive, your membrane keypad has failed.

This can be due exposure to excessive heat, moisture or condensation, such as
due to storage in an unheated building.

It's usually economical to order a whole new controller here.

Hi our Sahrp Carousel microwave LCD panle display is not working

You have to replace the control board. Sharp has had problems with the display boards for awhile. There is no bulb or fuse you can change.

My Emerson MW8115

Hopefully it was not an unheated storage area! Moisture and contamination can get into the controls from condensation due to big changes in air temperatures in areas like unheated storage units or garages. That being said, the most common causes of a failure to heat are in order: - bad door switches or door switch mounts - loose connection at the magnetron - problem with the control unit - bad magnetron or other high voltage part At our site, we have critical safety information, info on door switch diagnosiss and replacement, and disassembly information.
