Question about Cell Phones
If you have an android phone follow these steps.
Turn phone off
While device is off. Press and hold the Volume down button and the power button at the same time, You will feel the device vibrate when it does release the power button.
You should then see the Android icon lying on its back with an exclamation mark above him. When you see that press the Volume down button once.
Then go down to factory restore. You will do that us ing the Volume down key. Then you select factory reset by pressing the power button.

it has not corrected itself by turning the phone off and taking the battery out
for a couple of minutes then turning it back on you should try a factory data reset.
In Idle mode, open the application list and select
Settings - Privacy - Factory data reset - Reset phone
